The hotel is conveniently located just off the Diegem Metro line in the quiet neighborhood of the airport. The service, though the staff didn't know much English, they made an effort to connect me with another staff member to assist me. The dining experience offered Italian products but with some quality issues like bad coffee from a machine. The hotel is situated near the airport, which is both good and bad due to the proximity to the railway, but it's next to the Diegem train station allowing easy access to a main railway line.
